Description
Purpose – This paper investigates how servant leadership and organizational digital transformation (DT) influence faculty members’ intention to adopt artificial intelligence (AI) and the quality of faculty-AI collaboration in higher education. Anchored in the Industry 5.0 paradigm, this paper integrates Social Cognitive Theory and the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) theory to explain the psychological mechanisms driving AI adoption.
