Abstract
Description
This research identified the significant technostress factors among the teachers in Hunan, China, and clustered the teachers into various clusters, based on the identified technostress factors. The technostress factors include techno-overload, techno-complexity, techno-insecurity, techno-uncertainty, and new technology adoption. Quantitative analysis via questionnaire was adopted to gather the Hunan, China’s teachers’ agreement on five technostress factors. The collected 507 responses to the questionnaire are given in the spreadsheet. The responses are measured with statistical methods such as Pearson Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis. The data could also be used to perform K-Means clustering by using Euclidean and Manhattan distance methods with K = 5.
