Despite the growing importance of digital transformation, limited attention has been given to the roles of government support mechanisms and organisational innovation within this context. Addressing this gap, this study develops several research questions and objectives to examine the relationships among key variables. This study is grounded in the theoretical foundations of Resource-Based View (RBV) and Dynamic Capabilities theory, providing a solid framework for analysing how organizational resources and capabilities, and government support initiatives, drive sustainable business.
