Abstract
Description
Although employee voice has received substantial scholarly attention, much less is known about how newcomers use voice during their early organizational entry. Newcomers often experience uncertainty and anxiety about whether their views will be welcomed, valued, or heard by supervisors. This study explores how different forms of newcomer expression, constructive, supportive, destructive, and defensive, serve as creative acts that influence their socialization journey.
