dc.descriptionBelow is the raw data used for the validation process in the above-mentioned research. A total of 224 dilutions of Mixed aflatoxin standard solution were prepared in (a) 75% methanol solvent (112 samples) and (b) 100% acetonitrile solvent (112 samples). Each dilution set ( a and b) contains 16 concentration levels ranging from 0 to 90 ng per ml of the mix aflatoxin standard solution. ATR-FTIR spectra of both dilution sets were collected. The various absorbance with respective wavenumber was recorded. Data were analysed using MINITAB 18 statistical software; a PLS model was developed and validated using the data. The files below showed the raw data and the analyses.
